As a birth consultant I am a steady, informed, grounded witness in a process that can feel overwhelming, medicalized, emotional and deeply vulnerable.

Jaime will meet with clients prenatally to listen to your concerns and explain options around interventions, pain management, induction, cesarean birth, VBAC, postpartum care and newborn procedures in a way that’s clear and non-judgmental. Jaime can also translate medical language into human language so you can make informed decisions with confidence.

Jaime also witnesses and holds space for fear, previous birth trauma, anxiety or loss. By making clients feel safer in their bodies through grounding, somatic awareness, breath, visualization or gentle body-based practices. For many people, this alone changes the entire birth experience.

Postpartum, Jaime witnesses clients process their birth they had, not just whether it went “to plan,” but how you felt. Jaime can also assist in integrating disappointment, grief, pride, relief, or confusion. This debriefing can be deeply protective against long-term birth trauma.

Jaime has a wealth of recourses to refer to. Such as pelvic health, lactation, mental health support, bodywork, or community care. 

Jaime can move you from fear to agency, from confusion to clarity, and from survival mode into trust in yourself, your  body and your choices.
